The French entrepreneur and hospitality strategist is building a global vision shaped by meaningful experiences, international relationships and a deeply personal approach to luxury.
For Nicolas Brochet, hospitality has never been simply about destinations, properties or service. It is about how a place makes people feel.
The French entrepreneur and international hospitality strategist has built much of his professional life around people, travel, relationships and experiences that create genuine emotional connections. Based between Dubai and Europe, Brochet continues to develop projects across hospitality, lifestyle and international partnerships, while maintaining a philosophy that places human connection at the centre of everything he does.
That philosophy became particularly meaningful through his collaboration with Sani Resort and Ikos Resorts.
Rather than approaching the relationship as traditional brand representation, Brochet found himself deeply connected to the culture and atmosphere surrounding the resorts. During his time in Greece, what stood out most was not simply the setting or level of service, but the sense of warmth, generosity and belonging he experienced.
“There are places you visit, and there are places you feel connected to. Sani became much more than a destination for me. I felt at home there, and sharing those moments with my daughter made everything even more emotional.”
Spending time at Sani with his daughter Angelina transformed the experience into something especially personal. The family-focused environment, kindness of the teams and feeling of being surrounded by people who genuinely cared became some of the defining memories of his summer.
For Brochet, this represents what modern luxury should increasingly mean.
Luxury, in his view, is not defined only by exceptional surroundings or premium service. It can also be found in attention, emotion, meaningful relationships and the ability to create memories with the people who matter most.
It is this human dimension of hospitality that Brochet particularly appreciates within the Sani and Ikos worlds. Their ability to create environments where families can slow down, reconnect and experience meaningful moments aligns closely with his own outlook.

As his work expands across the Middle East and Europe, Brochet hopes to bring this philosophy to a wider international audience, particularly within markets where hospitality, lifestyle and experience-led luxury continue to evolve rapidly.
Dubai has become an important part of that next chapter.
Positioned between Europe, the Middle East and a global network of entrepreneurs, investors and hospitality leaders, the city provides Brochet with a natural base from which to develop new collaborations and international partnerships.
His ambitions, however, extend beyond commercial growth.
Brochet is also preparing to launch the Angelina Foundation, an initiative inspired by his daughter. The foundation is expected to focus initially on supporting children and families, with a longer-term vision of helping young talents gain access to opportunities through education, culture and meaningful experiences.

The project reflects the same values that influence his approach to hospitality: creating environments where people feel supported, connected and able to build lasting memories.
For Nicolas Brochet, the next stage of his journey is therefore not defined simply by expanding businesses or partnerships.
It is about bringing hospitality, family, international relationships and purpose together, while creating experiences capable of leaving something more meaningful behind than a beautiful destination or image.
