Backed by robust demand, Red Sea Global is set to unveil world-class luxury resorts across The Red Sea and AMAALA destinations within the next year, signaling a major leap in Saudi Arabia’s sustainable tourism ambitions.
Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea Global (RSG) is entering a pivotal phase of its visionary development journey, with plans to open 11 resorts across The Red Sea destination and officially welcome first guests to AMAALA between now and early 2026. The accelerated momentum is powered by what the company describes as “surging investor demand”, reflecting growing global confidence in the Kingdom’s luxury tourism and sustainability-driven projects.
Speaking on the progress, Ahmad Darwish, Group Chief Administrative Officer at RSG, noted that the next six to twelve months will be marked by a “continued evolution” of offerings under Red Sea Global’s umbrella. With sustainability at its core, RSG is advancing a new era of regenerative tourism by developing unparalleled hospitality experiences that also respect and restore the natural environment.
“These openings represent not just progress in construction, but a leap in how we approach destination development,” Darwish said. “The confidence we’re seeing from investors is not just financial—it’s a belief in our values, our sustainable principles, and the long-term vision of Saudi Arabia’s tourism transformation under Vision 2030.”
The AMAALA project, located along the pristine northwestern coast of Saudi Arabia, is poised to redefine ultra-luxury wellness tourism, blending cultural richness, environmental sustainability, and state-of-the-art design. Meanwhile, The Red Sea destination is fast becoming a global benchmark for regenerative travel, with a focus on coral reef conservation, renewable energy, and minimal environmental footprint.
As the Kingdom pushes forward with Vision 2030, Red Sea Global stands as a beacon of its ambitious plans to diversify the economy through tourism, innovation, and sustainable development. The imminent opening of these world-class resorts is expected to attract a wave of high-net-worth travelers and further solidify Saudi Arabia’s position as a premier destination for luxury and eco-conscious tourism.
From lush coastal retreats to transformative wellness sanctuaries, the next chapter of Saudi tourism is taking shape—and the world is watching.
