In 2019, after graduating from the Higher Colleges of Technology with a degree in engineering, Farah Taheri embarked on a career that would quickly establish her as one of the UAE’s most promising young leaders. Her journey began with Meraas Property in the Community Management department, where her dedication and professionalism were evident from the very start.

Within just a year, Farah’s potential caught the attention of Dubai Holding, where she was entrusted with a dual role as Facility Manager and Community Manager. In this capacity, she oversaw multiple communities, gaining extensive experience in leadership, problem-solving, and large-scale management. Her ability to adapt, deliver results, and balance diverse responsibilities became the cornerstone of her career.
Commitment to Learning and Mentorship
Farah’s drive for excellence extended beyond her day-to-day responsibilities. During her time at Dubai Holding, she pursued a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and earned professional certifications including FMP and M100. She initially joined the Community Management team before transitioning into Sales, where she proved herself once again. In her very first year, she exceeded sales targets significantly, earning recognition from senior leadership and securing a swift promotion to Sales Manager.
Within just five to six months in this role, Farah’s achievements stood out: she received two Best Manager awards and continued to shape the organization’s future by mentoring and training Emirati talent within the department.
