Born in Beirut, Lebanon, Sabra’s academic foundation is as robust as his vision. With dual degrees in Architecture and Civil Engineering, a Master’s in Urban Planning (AUB), and a Master’s in Sustainable Architecture, he brings together engineering precision and architectural artistry — a combination that defines his holistic approach to urban development.
Today, Sabra’s leadership and projects span borders and disciplines. As Chairman of Sustainable Cities of the Arab League Partners Alliance, he is driving strategic sustainability across the region. In his role as CEO of DAR Al Rokham (operating in the UAE, KSA, and Qatar), Sabra transforms spaces with an emphasis on eco-conscious luxury and functional beauty.
He also heads RTS Investments Group Projects in the UAE and serves as Founder of Le Sabrarchitecture, a Dubai-based design studio redefining modern architecture with cultural intelligence and sustainable integrity.
His work doesn’t stop at development. Sabra is a Board Member of PLEA Middle-East (Passive Low Energy Architecture), and plays a key role in the Lebanese professional community as Board Member and Head of the Free Professions Committee at the Lebanese Business Council in Dubai.
