Dubai, UAE – May 2025: The excitement is building as Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS) 2025 officially announces its return, transforming the emirate into a vibrant hub of entertainment, shopping, and family fun from June 27 to August 31. Organised by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), this year’s edition marks a major revamp with 66 days of immersive experiences, spanning themed retail promotions, a star-studded entertainment lineup, gourmet offerings, and exclusive hotel deals.
A New Era of Retail in Dubai
For the first time in DSS history, Dubai’s retail calendar will be strategically divided into three themed shopping windows, enhancing customer engagement and reinforcing the city’s status as a global retail destination:
- Summer Holiday Offers (June 27 – July 17)
- Great Dubai Summer Sale (July 18 – August 10)
- Back to School (August 11 – 31)
Each phase will feature exclusive promotions, exciting mall activations, interactive events, and high-value raffles at top retail destinations across the city.

The festival launches with a show-stopping opening weekend from June 27–29, setting the tone for a season filled with global talent and cultural performances. Confirmed highlights include:
