Amazon has officially inaugurated its first fulfilment centre in Abu Dhabi, located within the Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi (KEZAD), in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO). The new facility represents a significant milestone for the capital’s logistics and e-commerce landscape, reinforcing Abu Dhabi’s position as a hub for global trade and innovation.

With a storage capacity for up to 8 million products across diverse categories, the fulfilment hub is designed to accelerate deliveries for customers, support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and expand opportunities for local and international sellers in the UAE market.

The advanced centre also integrates innovation labs, showcasing Amazon’s commitment to technological solutions that enhance operational efficiency, sustainability, and customer experience. By streamlining fulfilment operations, the new facility will empower businesses to scale rapidly while offering shoppers in Abu Dhabi and beyond faster and more reliable delivery options.
