Their first joint development, LuzOra Residences, is already under construction. Conceived as a premium boutique Residence & Hotel project, it will comprise 108 apartments and will rise near the waterfront in the emerging Dubai Islands district. Positioned for both short-term rental and long-term living, the project reflects a hospitality-infused residential model increasingly attractive to modern buyers and investors.
Residents will have access to a curated infrastructure that includes a pool, fitness center, and EV charging stations, while the beach will be just 10 minutes away by golf cart. A nearby planned school introduces an additional family-oriented dimension, strengthening the project’s appeal beyond temporary stays. Completion is scheduled for Q2 2027.
